Refunds & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glosa.store
with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Products returned for reasons other than defects must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
