    with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • Products returned for reasons other than defects must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
